About this event

Instructor led Boxing/Fitness circuit. Each station is based on a boxing round with 3 minutes of work and 1 minute break. With no class times one of our instructors will get started whenever you show up. Enjoy 15 different stations everyday you show up. Never boxed before? Don't worry we will give you private boxing instructions before you get started. With two trainers on the floor all the time, you will get coached on proper technique and receive consistent motivation. To make sure you get the workout of your life, each session you will get a ono-on-one round on the focus pads in the ring with a coach.
