About this event
Our Onero® Osteoporosis Class, led by a licensed physical therapist, is a clinically proven, high-intensity strength program designed to improve bone density, strength, and confidence for individuals with osteoporosis or osteopenia. Each session is closely supervised and individualized to ensure safety while building the strength needed for daily life and long-term bone health.
