First Sunday — Market & Classes

About this event

One Sunday a month the farm opens for the day — growers and makers in the market, a farm lunch cooked on the land, and classes from first-light yoga through to crystal bowls in the afternoon. Come for an hour or stay for all of it.

• 9:30 — Yoga in the shala

• 10:00 — Market opens

• 11:00 — Farmers lunch, until 2pm

• 12:00 — Breathwork — sign the breathwork waiver

• 2:00 — Crystal bowls

Everyone is welcome. Please sign the venue waiver before you arrive — sign the waiver . Breathwork needs a second waiver on top of it, the facilitator’s own — sign the breathwork waiver .
