Our first gathering in Your First Sense Event Series invites you to step beyond the familiar ways we experience the world and explore the subtle realms of perception that exist beyond what is immediately visible.

Through breath, sound, guided active imagination, and reflective practices, you will be invited to discover the images, sensations, symbols, and impressions that naturally arise as the analytical mind becomes quiet.

Together, we will explore the world beyond our everyday perception and begin to reawaken a more receptive relationship with your own intuition.

You will have an opportunity to enter your inner landscape, interact with what you discover, reflect through journaling, and share your experience within a supportive circle.

No previous meditation or intuitive experience is necessary. There is nothing you need to know or learn beforehand. Simply come with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to discover what may already be speaking within you.

Your First Sense Series: Awakening the Imagination is a monthly experiential gathering created to help you explore and strengthen your natural intuitive abilities through the world of imagination.

Each month, we open a different doorway of intuition through guided experiences that encourage stillness, receptivity, and a deeper awareness of the inner world.

Dr. Lenka introduces the month's teaching and guides you through practices designed to help you move beyond the analytical mind and become more receptive to your own intuitive experiences.

This is not about predicting the future or trying to force an intuitive experience. It is about developing a deeper relationship with your inner world, discovering how intuition naturally expresses itself, and learning to trust what arises.

Imagination is not simply the ability to make things up. It can become a doorway through which we learn to perceive, listen, and recognize the language of the soul.
