- ➤ StorageCafe ranked Cape Coral-Fort Myers as the top retirement destination and noted Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island for having the highest life expectancy among retirees. The report also placed other local metros in the national top 10 as retirement priorities shift. News-Press

- ➤ Hoffmann Family of Companies is transforming Old Corkscrew into the Pandion Club, a 275-acre, par-71 golf course in Estero that will create hundreds of construction jobs and permanent roles when it opens in late 2027 – the project supports environmental stewardship. Florida Weekly
