ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ A suspected bear attack killed a man and his dog in rural Collier County along State Road 29—just south of the Big Cypress Wildlife Management Area—after a 911 call was received at 7:07 a.m. on Monday, and officials are now searching for the bear. WINK News
- ➤ An SUV crashed into two occupied apartment buildings in Golden Gate Saturday around 12:30 p.m.—one building suffered major structural damage including a compromised load-bearing wall while the other had minor damage—and no injuries were reported as the Urban Search and Rescue Team stabilized the structure.
