- ➤ Theatre Conspiracy is ending its Season 33 Farewell Tour with a fast-paced version of 'The 39 Steps' at the Off Broadway Palm stage—four actors perform over 50 roles in a mix of mystery and physical comedy. The play runs until June 22 and tickets are $35 with a buy-one-get-one offer. NBC2
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ For Father's Day weekend, freshwater fishing is allowed without a license & both residents and visitors may fish without paying the usual permit fee as long as they follow normal size and bag limits. The waiver started on Saturday and continues throughout the weekend. ABC7
REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Attorneys from Goede, DeBoest & Cross answered questions from Naples and Marco Island residents about homeowners association disputes, including one case where a neighbor planted a tree that blocks a lake view and another about board inaction in an HOA. They explained that Florida law does not guarantee an unimpeded view unless stated in the documents and that special meetings or member votes may be needed for decisions such as condo clubhouse renovations.
