- ➤ After stopping a concert on July 12 in Atlantic City because he said he couldn’t sing, Darius Rucker rested his voice and is set to headline Naples’ Live Fest on December 13 at Tiburon Golf Club at The Ritz Carlton Golf Resort — he will perform with Rock Republic and American Idol semifinalist Casey Bishop while more acts are to be announced. - ➤ A class-action lawsuit filed Wednesday alleges detainees at the Alligator Alcatraz detention facility are denied confidential attorney access due to infrequent, monitored collect calls—plaintiffs include detainees, law firms and a legal services organization. The suit names Gov. DeSantis and DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and claims First Amendment and due process rights are violated—attorneys say detainees have little way to contest their detention. ABC7
