- ➤ New Zumper data shows that in September, Naples apartment rental listing prices increased 7% from last month's $3,000 to $3,200—though they dropped 9% from last year's $3,500 median for all listings. News-Press
- ➤ Data from Realtor.com shows that in August the median home price in Collier County dropped slightly from $595,000 in July to $588,000. Prices for single-family homes increased by about 7% while condo and townhome prices fell over 7% (total sales rose 5% compared to last year). News-Press
- ➤ A Naples home in the Port Royal neighborhood sold for $23.2 million and topped Collier County's list of the ten priciest homes in October.
