- ➤ The Naples Players and Naples Comprehensive Health launched ArtRx - a program linking theatre, music and visual arts with healing opportunities - to support patient, staff and volunteer wellbeing at local hospitals. REAL ESTATE NEWS
- ➤ Camaratta Companies held a groundbreaking on Nov. 13 for the Kingston community in Estero where local officials and builders like Lennar Homes, Neal Communities, Pulte Homes, Taylor Morrison, and Kolter Homes marked the start of construction on a nearly 7,000 acre development. The project will include 10,000 planned residences and restored wildlife preserves — a major step in local growth — with model homes beginning in spring. Florida Weekly
- ➤ Henley US and Gillette Development announced a new nine-acre luxury waterfront community in Naples featuring 66 estate-style residences with sales set to begin in January 2026. Construction will start in 2027 with completion planned for late 2029 — the project is fully entitled and located minutes from Fifth Avenue South and the beaches. Florida Weekly
- ➤ Apartment rents in Naples dropped 10% from last year's median of $3,598 to $3,250 in October, though the median increased slightly from last month’s $3,200 price.
