- ➤ On Dec. 24, Naples-area retailers had shortened hours with Publix, Fresh Market, and Whole Foods closing at 7 p.m., Target open until midnight and Trader Joe’s closing at 5 p.m.; Costco, ALDI and Walmart were closed on Christmas Day and shoppers were urged to call ahead. Naples Daily News
