Olana Naples breaks ground on 12 beachfront homes starting at $32 million

If you walk or drive Gulf Shore Boulevard's Miracle Mile, you'll soon see a new construction site. Kolter Urban and BH Group have broken ground on Olana Naples, a 12-residence beachfront condominium at 1121 Gulf Shore Blvd. N., south of Doctors Pass. Residences start at $32 million, and completion is scheduled for 2028.

The developers closed $197 million in construction financing from affiliates of Apollo Global Management and BDT & MSD Partners, Florida YIMBY reports. Each home will be a five- or six-bedroom with more than 10,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space. It will also have a private wellness suite with a sauna, steam room and cold plunge.
