“We are witnessing a new era of luxury real estate in Naples, where sales above $60 million happen more than once a year.”

Paul Arpin, Premier Sotheby's International Realty

Premier Sotheby's CEO Budge Huskey said Naples is now competing with Florida's east coast on pricing. A housing scorecard also shows housing starts rose in Naples while falling in the Miami metro, and existing-home sales rose in Naples but fell in the Miami area.

  • Home: seven bedrooms, six-car garage, 9,551 square feet under air
  • Seller: a trust tied to Culligan International's Scott Gibbs Clawson
  • Built by Equinox Construction Group; designed by Stofft Cooney Architects
